On-Site Registration includes three breakfasts, three lunches, two receptions, as well as access to more than half of the recorded sessions from PDI 2023 until February 1, 2024.

Note: If you just renewed your membership or have newly joined ASMC, please allow 72 hours for our system to recognize you as a member. If you believe your membership is current but have difficulty registering, please check that your membership has not accidentally lapsed.

Cancellation Policy

Registration for this event is non-refundable as we will be offering full virtual recordings available up to 9 months following the event. Should you need to change your registration from on-site in St. Louis to virtual please email ASMC@support.eventpower.com or asmc@eventpower.zendesk.com by May 1, 2023. There will be a $25 administrative fee for any transaction requiring a refund including transferring from in-person to virtual attendance or change of payment method. Please consider carefully before paying with your personal credit card. ASMC does not accept registrations or payments over the phone.

After Friday, May 12, 2023, you will no longer be able change your registration from on-site to virtual or make substitutions.

On-site attendees must be registered and paid in full by May 26th at 11:59pm ET in order to check-in for PDI 2023 on-site. If you are not registered and paid in full you will not be able to pick-up your badge until you are paid.

Group Registration - Combined Invoice of Groups of 2 or More

Note: Army and Navy have a group registration process and you are to first contact main training command for instructions on registering for your group. Group portal creation will end on COB on May 8, 2023. After May 8, attendees must register individually.

The Group Point of Contact will receive an email with a link to the group portal with instructions on registering attendees within 48 business hours. Attendees should register themselves via the instructions provided in the Group POC Email.

Attendee lists will not be imported. Attendees themselves or POCs must register each attendee. Attendees will be able to pay separately for add-ons per instructions upon completion of their registration. Session selection and hotel reservations can not be made until registration is complete.

Cardholder/Third Party Payments

To process a registration or registrations, which need to be paid for by a cardholder, please have the attendee register and forward the invoice (which they will be emailed) to the card holder who can then use the direct link to pay. Workshop Selection

You will be able to select your workshops once registered for PDI 2023 using the MY AGENDA tool in your portal. On-site workshops will have limited space and are on a first come, first serve basis. Virtual workshop attendance will not be limited.

The PDI officially kicks off with the Opening General Session on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 8:00am ET followed by Service Day. PDI Exhibit Hall opens at 7:00am ET.

Documentation

Your agency may require you to fill out an SF-182 “Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training” form. ASMC does not require this form and cannot guide you on your agency requirements to fill out the form. If you need a signature for your SF-182 you can bring it to PDI 2023 in St.Louis and we will sign it for you.

If you need ADA accommodations for PDI, please submit your request no later than Monday, May 1, 2023 to education@asmconline.org.
